Hello @sgk008 !

We may, but you deleted the template (why do people do that?) that asked for some infos, as the klippy.log.

Please attach it as a file to your next post.

excuse me I’m a beginner I want to learn
klippy (12).log (1.6 MB)

I have already checked lots of things but still no access to sb2209

No sweat. I guess almost everybody had that feeling.

Could you give a description about what you did in the flashing process?

More information increases your chance to get help from the community.

Good luck, hcet14

Please hold it. Above code snippets don’t help (I would delete above replies, they might be unhelpful).

Can you describe the process with your own words? What did you do, when flashing sb2209?

it’s someone who helped me install but he also can’t figure out why I don’t have access to my sb2209 canbus card I’m at the end of my life no one knows

To be honest, I would close (delete) this thread.

Start from the beginning and open a new thread.

Please fill out the starting template. This info is important to help you.
What did the “someone” do with your sb2209? The more information available, the better the help. Take your time!
