Well if finally sorted it, well it works!
I used WinSCP to access the read only config and changed the pin.
PC5 didn’t work, so changed to endstop pin PG10

(just my personal opinion: I would go to the klippy.log
and copy / paste the config as parsed by Klipper into a new printer.cfg
and get rid of the include hell)
Did you close the NPN jumper next to the probe connector?
But nice that it works now!
I tried with and without the npn jumper, and the 4 pin settings in each without any success.
I assume there is another pin incorrectly assigned. I only changed the probe pin.
I am sure I read the Pro V1.1 will not work with NpN sensor, therefore a PNP sensor wold be the answer, I believe it was ro do with lack of duplexing on the board.
