Hello @CaeZer !
The A4988 and the TMC2100 only can run on standalone mode. So there are no special configurations for that stepper drivers.
Are you saying I shouldn’t write anything in the configuration file?
What should I put in the configuration file for this mode?
thank you
You have to setup the stepper
sections as needed for your printer.
My Setup is this :
# This file contains common pin mappings for the BIGTREETECH Manta M5P
# To use this config, the firmware should be compiled for the
# STM32G0B1 with a "8KiB bootloader" "8 MHz crystal"
# and "USB (on PA11/PA12)" or "CAN bus (on PD0/PD1)".
# See docs/Config_Reference.md for a description of parameters.

is this Correct?
I don’t know. You have to check it with the pinout for your printer board.
I don’t have M5P.
