Change Canbus speed without rebuilding firmware? i would prefer not to have to reflash everything just to change to comms speed. Is it possible or do i have to rebuild all the firmware?
You do need to build new firmware for the ebb36. It’s not possible to change speeds without reflashing. You also need to change your can0 interface file for the u2c and reboot the Pi, or restart the CAN interface.
thank you! have you used the u2c? im having a heck of a time with it. i keep getting random timer issues at various places in my prints. im not sure what to change to get better comms.
