Custom python script

Hi there, i have a Manta M8P wit a CB1 mcu.

I would like to use the Manta M8P with an other firmware than klipper.
i have a python script to run 6 steppers, and i need to control the 6 stop-switches on the manta as well. i have used and tested it on an raspberry with a custom stepper-pcb before, but now i want to use the manta.
where do i put my script and how to run it without klipper?
do i need to rewrite the klipper image?

i dont need much but the entrypoint of starting my script
