I have a Creality Ender3-PRO with board 4.2.7 that I control with a Raspberry3 with Klipper and work fine.
I would buy a Elegoo Neptune 4 PLUS that have a mainboard with pre installed klipper; for you, can I control the two printe using the Elegoo board (the Elegoo printer have a USB port where I can plug the ender).

You need to be aware that Elegoo is not using a default Klipper and last time I checked was in violation of the Klipper license due to not making their modification public.
In such cases you might be stuck with the firmware support the relevant manufacturer offers and even retrofitting to an open solution might mean you are loosing certain features.
