End stops triggered when they are not

Basic Information:

Printer Model: Ender 3 Pro
MCU / Printerboard: BTT SKR E3 V2
Host / SBC

So this keep is happening. I’ve swapped out the end stops with others i had and still the same, I’ve check the cables are plugged into the correct ports in the board and i can not figure out why this is happening.

It does not change either if i manually press them and then send m119 command to check.

Help would be greatly apprenticed.

Have you tried inverting the input pin signal?
