Hello. Im searching few hours with no luck. I try to run my old Ender3 with SKR-Mini E3 V2 + CloneBLTouch. I cant run it. On Marlin BLTouch works fine, here i get triggered/open state all the time. I try connection to PC14 (Probe-Z) to PC2 (Z-STOP) nothing. Here is my config https://pastebin.com/1Z88bp7J (i try PC14, ^PC14, ^!PC14, same with PC2) This is my connection: I will be gratefull for any hints.

G28 works. So if anyone can only check that this is ok (nothing wrong in this config) i leave it for anyone with such problem
Correct it is a probe not an endstop BUT it creates a virtual_endstop. See:
You need to set
endstop_pin:probe:z_virtual_endstop
For every Z motor. This then causes the BLtouch be BOTH a probe and an endstop.
