Ender3 S1 very frequent shutdown error

Basic Information:

Printer Model: Ender 3 S1
MCU / Printerboard: STM32F401
Host / SBC Raspi 3B+ as klipper, with latest version
klippy.log
klippy.log.zip (473.7 KB)
moonraker.log (110.3 KB)

Describe your issue:

I tried my best to prevent this mcu disconnection error, but after modding it even frequently shuts down!

Here is what I had tried so far, but there could be flaws.
I read klippy.log but I think there is no thermal issues(or I am just too noob to read it)
Thanks in advance for any suggestions / advice!

-latest 2 modification that is suspicious-
-better cooling fan for mcu control board in printer(larger noctua fan, using buck converter to connect it)
-GPIO power supply directly from AC to 5v/gnd pins

other things
-better cooling fan for raspi
-shielding 5v+ on usb cable
-robust usb cable with cable holder
-updating printer’s firmware again
-updating klipper and other components(this could be also suspicious…)
