Excessive motor noise. BTT Kraken / TMC5160

Basic Information:

Printer Model: Custom DIY (ProosaXY)
MCU / Printerboard: BTT Kraken
Host / SBC: rPi 3B+
klippy.log

###Describe your issue:
Getting excessive motor vibration/noise with this printer, not sure if its a config issue on the driver section or something else, ive tried several things like chopper tuner and adjusting parameters in the tmc config section to no avail. Not running stealthchop, but when i turn it on it makes zero difference in noise.

Recently installed new steppers for A/B and it changed the noise but there is still excessive noise.

Is there any way to tune this out, adjust the driver config or anything to cut down on the noise??

Please do not delete the section that asks for the klippy.log - attach it.
