Describe your issue:

I have extremely low extrusion as soon as my printer starts printing the G-code provided by the slicer (Prusaslicer). The strange thing about this problem is that the purge line I have set up in Klipper works perfectly every time. I have tried all sorts of troubleshooting, such as cleaning the nozzle, making sure the extrusion is good (by manually extruding through the Mainsail interface), and restarting Klipper and the host several times.

This problem occurred after I updated my system to a newer version. I made some configuration changes to Crowsnest because I was having connectivity issues. I went to start another print and noticed that the print was not sticking to the bed. At first I thought the bed was dirty and cleaned it. But after several failed print starts, I started to look more closely and found that the printer was not extruding the correct amount of filament. Then I noticed that the purge line set up in the clipper was working fine. So I guess it has to do with the G-code provided by the slicer.

I also tried starting with Crowsnest disabled and still got the problem, so I don’t think it’s related to that.

Please excuse me if I did something wrong here, I am still pretty new to Klipper and this is my first time writing here in this forum. If I missed something, feel free to remind me.

Are you noticing this only on the first layer or is it still under extruding at, say, layer 10?

I don’t know, the extrusion is so bad I can’t even get the first layer to set.
