Hello. I’m planning on slapping another toolhead on a Voron 2.4 but this will make a danger of hitting some parts of the printer.
Making a custom bed shape/print area this would still allow movement in the safe areas for attatching detachable probes and squeezing a little more print volume while limiting stupid mistakes.

In my case, it would be useful if you got an AWD setup (core x-y with four motors) as the front motors go over the front corners of the build plate.
It is also useful if you use clips to hold non-magnetic materials that go over the build plate.
Just a simple way of defining the custom plate or exclusion zones.
Hello @DenseLayer !
Thank you for your input, but this post is quite old.
