Having a Human Readable ‘progress’ lo file (separate, not in klippy whish is way to verbose) would be very helpful if we need to resume or start a print. I’ve had a few failures due to disconnections or filament issues and if we’d have an easy to understand log file that showed the last layer completed, current coordinates (or close to it), and the current g-code line that was being executed, and a time stamp I could have somewhat easily, and far quicker than it too to resume the print.
I’m surprised as advanced as Klipper is it doesnt provide an automatic way to resume a failed/stopped print without editing g-code… at least a readable log would let the manual work be a lot quicker/easier.
