When I change them the endstops are being opened but then the arms is not stopping at the end of the axises.
How can I update it? Could you please help me? I’m very new about this things.

When I started this query nothing happens it only gives me an error as “endstop a still triggered after retract” and the arms do not move
@EddyMI3D
So in this case;
I did not home and I executed QUERY_ENDSTOPS
to the terminal and it said open. Then I push the axes a by hand and kept pressed and executed again QUERY_ENDSTOPS
to the terminal and the results were open again.
@gaolst The klipper has came to me with the printer and it was default on the system so I’m not trying to adopt the Klipper. I’m trying to run the machine since I am not able to do it right now.
I’m afraid you missed the point. As @gaolst said: Do not home.
Please do this:
1.Execute QUERY_ENDSTOPS
to the terminal.
2.Note the results.
3. Press the endstop at axes a
by hand and keep pressed.
4. Execute QUERY_ENDSTOPS
to the terminal.
5. Note the results.
6. Do Steps 3 to 5 for axes b
and c
Post the results to your next post.
Ok, so now they start moving to home direction but not stopped, this indicste that they are not triggered.
do test as asked by @EddyMI3D
This way you are checking each endstop for a triggering recognition.
also you can send up a photo of your endstop.
BTW as I understand you didn’t run klipper previously on this printer, just trying to start it. So i have a question: where did you get your current config and which guide did you follow ?
It’s a brand new printer which you did buy or somebody donated/sell it to you (second hand) ?
I’ve bought it as brand new almost a year ago but did not have a lot of chance to use it.
Ok then you need to fix it some way, because Returm/Refund is not possible.
Do you have some experience in electronics ?
To move further you need to open it up, look at your board, take some photos, check connections.
Because everything indicate that you have some hardware issue, it can be something simple like endstop connectors are not plugged in, but also, it can be more complex. I’m trying to understand what are your limits of troubleshooting electronic issues.
If you considering yourself as unqualified for this kind of actions - then probably you need somebody qualified to look at it.
