Issues when homing Y

Printer Model: Ender 3
MCU / Printerboard: BTT Manta M5P / CM4

Describe your issue:

Homing Y only works for me if i don’t home X first. Otherwise Y crashes and skips steps. The endstops report fine when manually moving the Axes. If Y is sitting on the endstop and I home x, then y, y crashes, skips steps and the error message “No trigger on y after full movement” appears.
