Describe your issue:

…Hi everyone,

i bought a FYSETC - Nozzle Input Shaper (NIS) at first when i connected it worked fine but had an error about klipper mismatch, i could see the mcu and all of that.

so desided to upgrade the flash to latest klipper, found instructions on github from FYSETC page done all the steps correctly.

but now i can not see the mcu at all any help would be great, if i boot in duf mode i can see the connection but not in normal usb mode.

Regards
Martin

Going by your description, you did not flash the board correctly.
In doubt, show the commands their output and used settings here. Preferably not as screenshot but copied and formatted as code:
grafik

Also provide the klippy.log as requested anyway.

Hi Sineos,

Please see the link to the instructions the code is here GitHub - FYSETC/Nozzle-Input-Shaper: FYSETC - Nozzle Input Shaper (NIS)

As for klippy log see attached
klippy (10).log (55.6 KB)

A link to the theoretical settings seems not useful. As indicated, this issue description and also the log entry point to a board that is not correctly flashed.

As an alternative, you did not use the correct serial path as returned by

ls /dev/serial/by-id/*

how can i get log if klipper can not access the board? error saying mcu NIS unable to connect so no log file. the board is correctly flashed i got no errors just can not see the mcu

i have used this code several times i only see the printer board.
