HDMI will only work when the USB webcam is plugged in

Basic Information:

Printer Model: i3
MCU / Printerboard: M8P V2.0 with CB1
klippy.log (3.6 MB)

I installed Kaiuh, KlipperScreen, Moonraker, Crowsnest, OctoEverywhere and Obico.

Everything is fully updated.

I was able to use a USB keyboard and mouse prior to installing those programs. I connected a USB camera just to test it to see if it would stream, which it did. When I disconnected it my HDMI connected monitor lost signal. If I reconnect the USB webcam my HDMI monitor starts working.

I’m not sure how but my USB webcam and HDMI0 have become dependent on each other.

I have searched the web for a solution, and I can’t find a single thread or video where anyone has had this issue.

I uninstalled Crowsnest and rebooted without the camera connected and the HDMI did not work. I reconnected the camera and it worked.

I reinstalled crowsnest and rebooted with the same results.

I know that if I reflash the CB1 it’ll fix this issue, but I would like to find a way to fix it without doing that in case the issue ever arises again after I have everything setup the way I want it, the printer tuned, etc.

I am using Xrandr to see if I can find any issues.

When I run Xrandr --listactivemonitors I get:
0: +*default 5360/1418x1440/380+0+0 default

The monitor still does not work unless the USB camera is plugged in. I get the same results whether the camera is plugged in or not.
