Basic Information:

Printer Model: voron 2.4R
MCU / Printerboard: Octopus 1.1
Host / SBC
klippy.log

Fill out above information and in all cases attach your klippy.log file (use zip to compress it, if too big). Pasting your printer.cfg is not needed

Describe your issue:

I have made a fresh install, but get only this - what can be the problem ?

mcu 'mcu': Unable to connect
Once the underlying issue is corrected, use the
"FIRMWARE_RESTART" command to reset the firmware, reload the
config, and restart the host software.

Try a different USB cable.

mcu 'mcu': Unable to open serial port: [Errno 2] could not open port /dev/serial/by-id/usb-Klipper_stm32f446xx_1F0037000851313133353932-if00: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/dev/serial/by-id/usb-Klipper_stm32f446xx_1F0037000851313133353932-if00'

Is that ID correct? SSH in and run ls /dev/serial/by-id/*.
