I found the Problem. I checked the E steps again and see 12mm to short. Underextrusion. I cant understand my last measurement. Sorry.
And problem two.
I removed the magnetic bed bellow the pei plate and hold these with clamps now.
When i lower the bed temp while printing, the pei plate follows exactly.
I set the temp now to 61 degrees constanly and it works.
