Line problem on Z axis

Basic Information:

Printer Model: Custom 600600600 4Z 12mm BALL SCREW 4mm pitch
MCU / Printerboard: Mantam8pv2 cb1 dm582 motor driver
Host / SBC

Z-position : increase unstably

*I am having a problem with the prints I receive. When I print at a speed of 50mm/s, lines appear at the bottom of the print, but when I increase the speed to 150-200mm/s, the print problem lines disappear. I didn’t understand exactly what the problem is. When I print with spiral mode, the printing problem disappears.

I don’t understand exactly what I should change and what I’m doing wrong.
I use the extuder kit of the Elegoo neptun series and I also use the tmc2209 motor driver for the extruder.
