Lost connection only with filament

Basic Information:

Printer Model: Voron 600x600
MCU / Printerboard: Octopus 1.1 + BTT SB2209 USB
Host / SBC raspberry pi 3

Hi, I have a big problem with Lost Connection on BTT2209 USB.
checked:

  • usb cables

  • EB2209 USB signal cable

  • changed heater to weaker

  • different configurations of extruder stepper

  • Klipper latest version today.

  • a lot of other options in the meantime.

The problem is that when I print on the entire working area it cannot pass the first layer - when it heats 250 degrees.
when I printed PLA it lasted much longer but still every print on 1 layer has lost connection.

Without filament it prints for many hours.

Help me because I have no more ideas what else I can check, it looks like a problem with the firmware.
