Thanks I’ll take a look. I do have a quick question though. Do you think it could be something to do with the BTT Eddy and it drawing too much bandwidth or power late into the print?

The communication loss occurs with the main MCU, i.e., the Creality board. As the Eddy is driven by its own MCU, I would consider this dependency unlikely.
