Keep failing long prints because im losing connection to MCU

Basic Information:

Printer Model:ender 3v2
MCU / Printerboard: mks genl v2.1
Host / SBC linux mint

As the title says, i can print some stuff, but sometimes my print will halt and tell me they lost signal to the MCU and i have no idea how to fix it, nor how to know what triggers it…

Are you using this computer for other tasks while printing?

CPU: 4 core Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3350P CPU @ 3.10GHz

LOTS of cpu for klipper as long as you are not multitasking while printing.
