MCU 'mcu' shutdown: Timer too close Pi Zero W

Basic Information:

Printer Model: Voron 2.4
klippy (2).log (1.0 MB)

MCU / Printerboard: Octopus / Raspberry Pi Zero W
klippy.log

After Starting SHAPER_CALIBRATE it starts to do the calibration and then i get the error of MCU ‘mcu’ shutdown: Timer too close
This often indicates the host computer is overloaded. Check
for other processes consuming excessive CPU time, high swap
usage, disk errors, overheating, unstable voltage, or
similar system problems on the host computer.
Once the underlying issue is corrected, use the
“FIRMWARE_RESTART” command to reset the firmware, reload the
config, and restart the host software.
Printer is shutdown

I cant find a solution to this with my config, most others get it at random and my issue is just with the input shaper, I have a heard that my pi should be able to do this as theres no camera and no screen attached

Hello @3dprintin4cheep !

Sadly the Pi Zero W is below the requirements for a well running Klipper (and also OctoPrint) environment.

That single core was going for 100% load just before the klipper shutdown, and that’s only at 19Hz. I’m afraid that it won’t ever make it to the end of the test, even with reducing microsteps to 8 and some system optimizations.
