MCU shutdown because Rescheduled Timer in the past

Basic Information:

Printer Model: A1
MCU / Printerboard: Mks V1.4 with pi-Zero

Fill out above information and in all cases attach your klippy.log file. Pasting your printer.cfg is not needed

Describe your issue:

Tried printing it twice but print stops at same point with the error .

It looks like your board cannot cope with the requested step rate. The MKS 1.4 is a pretty slow board and not able to generate too many steps at once.
Try reducing microsteps = 32 to 16. Maybe as a start only for the extruder and see if this already is sufficient.
