Previous MCU ‘mcu’ shutdown: Scheduled digital out event will exceed max_duration
Once the underlying issue is corrected, use the
“FIRMWARE_RESTART” command to reset the firmware, reload the
config, and restart the host software.

Hello, aller was working without a problem, today I went to preheat and it stopped before reaching the set temperature.

Once the underlying issue is corrected, use the

If I run the preheating separately it does it well and then I heat the bed without any problem.

These types of errors are usually due to hardware instability or interfering hardware. Refer to the link above for more information. Unfortunately, there isn’t much more we can offer.
