Multiple heaters for a single extruder

Hello,

I would like to check some capabilities of Klipper. I have used it for one bedslinger, but it had nothing fancy in it, so it was really simple to setup.
Now I have a pellet extruder which has 3 heating zones(3 heaters and 3 PT100 thermocoples). The manufacturer has some guidelines for the Marlin setup, but I would like to use Klipper. Is it possible to make it work and what is the difficulty level?

I have quite a bit of industrial PLC programming experience and know basics of Python, so I would say I would be strong begginer or intermediate level in configing everything and writing some macros if they are needed.

Waiting for input should I go with Klipper for this project.
