Hello! I recently upgraded to a Micro Swiss NG Extruder with an E3D REVO Hotend, and even with my bed knobs tightened all the way, the nozzle still rubs against the bed. I have not had an issue like this before. I also do not have an Auto Bed Leveling probe. Is there a way to change the Z axis’ home position to offset and compensate for this issue? Or is there a different way to fix this? Help appreciated!

How can we tell what is going on without the log?

If I understand this issue correctly, then it is a mechanical problem:
With your modification, you no longer have the needed headroom to adjust the bed with the screws.
This means you have two options:

  1. Physically modify your z-endstop position, i.e. it needs to move up a bit
  2. Get a probe

Thank you for the advice! I think I will get a probe as I was planning on getting one soon anyway.
