Pressure Advance calibration error

Basic Information:

Printer Model: Creality Sermoon D1
MCU / Printerboard: STM32F103.
Host / SBC: armv7l, 32bit
klippy.log

Hi all,

I am new to Klipper and i am having some trouble with the pressure advance calibration. I am following the official Klipper documentation for Pressure Advance calibration.
However, when using OrcaSlicer’s Pressure Advance Test Tower or PA Calibration Pattern, the print fails immediately with the following error:

Error on ‘SET_PRESSURE_ADVANCE ADVANCE=-0.002750000’:
ADVANCE must have minimum of 0.0

Important details:

  • I am not manually setting any negative PA values

  • In OrcaSlicer, the PA calibration range is explicitly limited to start = 0

  • The same error occurs with both PA test tower and PA pattern

  • The error happens before printing starts

  • The issue is reproducible every time

All suggestions are appreciated. Thanks in advance.
