evening all.
i have been printing a few items of late without issue. but i have one file that just seems to be vexing me. it gets to a certain point and just stops. on the Creality sonic pad i have it just comes up with “error code key1” which seems to be a total shutdown of the printer. i have re-slice the file and gone again with the same result. second attempt did get further through the print but i just think thats coincidence. i wouldnt mind it having a bit of a disaster if it was doing it at the start, but 6 hours into a print being 86% complete is just driving me mad.
what or where am i going wrong.

For the klippy.log it appears, your system is not running genuine Klipper.

We do not know what Anycubic did to the Klipper code, there for we are not able to help here.

Ahhh that’s not a lot of help. The lad from work that set it all up for me told me it was. I’m now not sure what he has done.

How complicated is it to set it up with klipper? Or am I going to end up digging a hole that I will regret.
