Printer requires multiple restarts to make a connection sometimes

Basic Information:

Printer Model: custom
MCU / Printerboard: Octopus Max EZ

Whenever I have to reboot my machine I’ll start by turning of the machine power then turning it back on. But most of the time it won’t reconnect until I do a firmware restart and restart in mainsail. It often still won’t reconnect and I have to do multiple power cycles of the machine and firmware restarts to get it to connect again. It can often take me 20 minutes or more after shutting down my printer to get connected and printing again. Hopefully someone has an idea of what might be causing this. I’ve included my klippy log. Thank you.

Try removing the beacon mesh from the printer.cfg.
Possibly this amount of mesh points is delaying Klipper so much that the connection fails.

  • Beacon meshes are not meant to be saved
  • This mesh seems pretty nonsensical as well as it mostly consists of 0.000000
