random: Timeout with MCU ‘mcu’
I have flashed my Ender3 V3 SE and run Klipper since 3 weeks.
Unfortunately I get random: Timeout with MCU ‘mcu’ sometimes after a couple of minutes sometimes after 24hours. Mostley in the midle of printes but it also happend in standby one time.
I tried the last weeks a lot.
Different power supplys for the Raspberry
Different USB cables
isolate the 5v and ground Pin from USB cable
different micro SD card
other system (Mainsail OS)
flash the firmawre multiple times. Also with a prebuild
The only thing what had a effect was to reduce the baud rate to 115200 instead of 250000 in the firmware.
but also there I had after 3 days a MCU timeout.
In DMESG I found everytime the error:
ch341-uart ttyUSB0: usb_serial_generic_read_bulk_callback - urb stopped: -32
Maybe some of you have a solution for my issue.
Thanks

Please always attach such information as a file.
Your dmesg output points to some hardware instabilities regarding the USB connection. Unfortunately, it is not clear what is causing it. Typical issues are listed here: Timeout with MCU / Lost communication with MCU
I solved the issue.
The Raspberry was a bit older and sems to be have a deffect.
Wit a thin client everything runs fine.

Which thin client did you use?
I use a Dell WYSE 5010.
My version have Wifi build in and I upgraded the RAM to 8gb and replace the SSD with a normal SATA 120gb SSD.
