Proble Timeout with MCU 'mcu'

Basic Information:

Printer Model: Sidewinder X1
MCU / Printerboard: MKGEN L-1
Host / SBC : Rapsberry PI 3

I encounter problem sometimes where my prints crashes and got an error :
Timeout with MCU ‘mcu’ (eventtime=3407.633596)
Transition to shutdown state: Lost communication with MCU ‘mcu’

It seems to appears on big prints only, because tests ones are ok.

I join my logs of the last print.

I changed my usb cable, and tried to print slower but problem persist.
