Second Spike on Input shaper

Printer Model: Sovol SV06 Plus
Host / SBC: RBPi3

Describe your issue:

I’m currently tuning my printer with an input shaper but am getting somewhat confusing results for me. On the graph of the X-Axis, there is a second prominent spike to be seen. I’ve gone ahead and retightened all screws but still have that issue. What could cause this?
