Describe your issue:

Could anyone please give me some advice. In my klipper start g code ( as shown attached). Before printing it performs heat up of the bed and hot end which is stated in M190 S90 and M109 S250.

My question is when I’m not printing ASA and wanting to print a different filament, you need to manually make changed to this Start g code.
Can this be changed to an ‘open’ temp to match what your printing at the time?

The official sample macro includes an example for just such a purpose. It also contains some notes for further reading on how macros work and how to use them.

In short, you want to have your macro accept parameters for the target temperature, then configure your slicer to call the macro with the necessary parameters.

Many thanks theophile
