Strange under extrusion on one side Prusa Bear Linear Rail

Basic Information:
Fystec MK3s Bear Mod full linear rail, switched to single linear x axis, Bear extruder
BTT Octopus v1 Pi Zero
Single x axis template: Printables

After my conversion to the new motion system based on single x axis i have serious problems with the perimeter on the rear side x axis. This is not showing up in single perimeter vase mode. Where its beginn to start with this artefacts is variable.

Software in Prusaslicer and printer.cfg is the exact same as before. Worked perfekt before the disassemble and reassemble.

What i have tried:

Adjust Pressure Advanced
Adjust extrusion multiplier and temperature
Adjust stepper current
Adjust extruder tensioner
Checked filament feed

I don’t know what to do anymore

I have a guess… I use a Dragon hotend which requires special mount: Printables

I do not have installed a hotend collect clip. Maybe a moving ptfe tube is a problem!?

This is very likely some mechanical issue and will be pretty hard to remotely diagnose.
