Generally speaking, you will find the potential reason for this error here: Timer too close

Since you are using a heavily modified Klipper version:

  1. The error could be caused by such an additional module (or a combination thereof)
  2. No developer here will take a look at it, since it might mean spending a lot time in hunting a ghost, because the error was caused by an improper implementation of one of these 3rd party modules
