Use ebb36 built in accelerometer for resonance testing

Basic Information:

Printer Model: V Core 3.1 500
MCU / Printerboard: EBB36 + Octopus Pro

Hi All,

Currently running through the calibration and print quality tests and it is printing pretty well, at least as well as my poor old cr10s (it is in need of some serious love).

But I need some assistance on automated input shaper set up.

My printer.cfg file was initially generated as a part of ratos, but all of the include files have been pasted into the printer file and unnecessary / unused portions removed to make the file easier to navigate.

The ratos generated multiple macros and shell commands, which point to files and folders on the pi which are missing. The pi os was reflashed (several times!) during my installation of the ebb36 tool head board / canbus, using raspberry pi os, and kiauh etc, so the original ratos no longer exists.

I’ve seen a few input shaper installation guides, and have installed numpy, but they use the accelerometer connected directly to the pi via spi and mine is part of the tool head board which goes to the printer board via canbus, which is connected to the pi via usb.

I can run the tests and can get shaper frequencies and shaper type recommendations in ssh, but the csv files / temp files / graphs are missing.

Any suggestions ?
