Webcam stream not live

Describe your issue:

After switching sdcards and reinstalling klipper w/backup printer.cfg. The webcam only shows a frame every 10-15seconds on the stream, not live video. fps counter is around 15. Tested the cam and nothing wrong with it.

Could you test mode: camera-streamer and restart Crowsnest?
How high is the load on your SBC?

camera-streamer has the same results, cpu peaked at 35% for a sec, avarage ~14% load

What if you reduce the FPS to 10 in the config and in MainSail?

no change. at 10 fps, 5fps is slightly better. Load @ 1.3
