As i know from the fuildd developers - for now, it is impossible to get MQTT sensor value from moonracker into the klipper for using it in macros.
It will be great to make this feature. Using wireless temperature and hummidity sensors in klipper (for chamber, filament dryer, etc.) without wiring with host.
