ADXL not working on Y axes

Basic Information:

Printer Model: Mercury Zero G (modded Ender 5)
MCU / Printerboard: Skr mini e3V3
klippy.log
logs-20240210-090110.zip (1.2 MB)
config-20240210-090148.zip (2.4 KB)

Fill out above information and in all cases attach your klippy.log file (use zip to compress it, if too big). Pasting your printer.cfg is not needed
Be sure to check our “Knowledge Base” Category first. Most relevant items, e.g. error messages, are covered there

Describe your issue:

After doing the Input shaper he shows me the Graph with all the values. i have inportet these values into my printer cfg and startet printing a small cube to check. but as i was printing i saw that the input shaper wont work on the Y axis. i checkt the beltpath and the movement. both looks fine for me. mountet the shaper on the nozzle of a vz Printhead. right now i am clueless. maybe the values are to high and mean something is wrong ?! as you can see on the cube the left one is without input shaper and the right one is with MVZ.

As bad as that looks, there’s a mechanical issue that is likely way beyond the ability of the input shaper to handle. Check that there are no bad bearings, no binding on the axis, etc.

i completly rebuilded it…startet from scratch. checked the alaignment, new beld, cleaned the rails and put in some new grease. find the error in a haystack :frowning:

If it isn’t due to lighting there seems to be a little improvement.
Do you have the screens of the input shaper graphs of both axes?
And a photo of the printer gantry including the cabling of the print head?

thats the Y axes.

as new user im not allowed to upload more than 1 -.-

thats the old inputshaper. but the cable path is almost the same.
