Describe your issue:

Hello everybody
There is a problem with layer adhesion (weak, line) when I resume printing. I am testing it with THE SAME filament from the same spool so this is not a different or wet filament.

There is no layer shift. When the printer parks, I do not see any changes in bed or hotend temps.

It haven’t happened before, I installed RPI and Klipper with Fluidd. I used Marlin and then for a while Professional Firmware.
I run Klipper on my Ender 3 v3 KE and there is no problem with layer after PAUSE.

Thank you for help in advance :hugs:

I am having a similar issue and it’s because when the print is parked, some filament oozes out of the nozzle. The first move(s) after the resume would not extrude enough because an unaccounted amount of filament has leaked.

A possible solution is to prime the nozzle with a small extrusion in the resume gcode macro.

tried variable_unretract =2/3/4 mm
tried pushing filament manualy when resume, to build pressure up in nozzle, nothing works

Anybody has idea?
