Describe your issue:

Hello Everyone,

Can someone please help me figure out why does my printer pauses many times during prints, it pauses randomly and goes to corner then retract all the filament out, I have to reload the filament and resume.

Thank you,

Search your gcode for M600. This is likely an issue with your slicer.

Iā€™d try lowering the microsteps on the extruder. What kind of pi are you using?

Do you have timelapse turned on? That will cause a pause every layer change while it takes a snapshot

You are right, weirdly though I just started experimenting with superslicer w/Arachne Nightly build, and there appears to be some M600 commands randomly throughout the gcode, I had to remove the M600 command from change filament gcode in Printer Settings. Many Thanks for the solution.

Hi,

I am using pi 4b did not see any issues with cpu overloading.
