Every time I start a print now, it pauses after close to an hour. I have changed the USB cable and cleared all cache files, as well as the virtual sd card of all old files. Nothing has changed. My last attempt was a 8 hour print, it paused at 7%. I am at my whit’s end on this one…

Have you searched the gcode file to see if it’s inserting a pause at a certain layer height? I’ve seen people add a pause at a height in prusaslicer, and not realize the setting stuck for subsequent prints.
I did not insert a pause, and have not been able to track one down.
I tried a Cura 4.11 slice, it paused also.
I have the same problem. Did you solve that?
I’ve experienced false capacitive touchscreen triggering while using a no-break. Check for any source of RFI close to your display or any device that could trigger random commands through it.
