My bl touch cant reach the end of the bed so its showing move outnof range.
Is there someway to just probe the position closest to the end of the bed?
It would have been quite helpful if you would not have deleted the template and would have given the information that have been asked for.
This way, it’s just wild and randomly guessing.
Basic Information:
Printer Model: Ender 3
MCU / Printerboard: SKR mini e3 v3
This is my printer.cfg:
archive (1).zip (2.7 KB)
And this is my klippy log:
klippy.log (1).txt (604.0 KB)
The bl touch is working but its just a bit annyoing that i cant print the full bed size because of the bl touch offset
This whole print area can be probed with a probe at the nozzle X/Y position (strain gauge).
There are mechanical limits that can’t exceeded.
Let’s pick the data:
Bed size (from stepper_x/y): 235 x 209
Probe position: (from bltouch): 40, 7 so the probe is (from top) 40 mm right and 7 mm top of the nozzle)
Bed mesh is (from bed_mesh): 10,10 to 230,220
Bed mesh should be : 10 + 30,10 to 235,209 - 7
. : 50,10 to 195,202
To get this working, turn KAMP off. (BTW: You do not need KAMP on Klipper 0.12.0: Bed Mesh - Klipper documentation)
More on borders an limits here.
