trying to setup a neopixle strip and its not working

recently bought a neopixel strip WS2812B and i have wired it up correctly but it dosnt work with no command and no pin work.
config setup:
[neopixel testlight]
pin: PC11
chain_count:6
color_order: GRB
initial_RED: 0
initial_GREEN: 0
initial_BLUE: 0
command i sent:SET_LED LED=testlight RED=0 GREEN=1 BLUE=0
and all variations
any help would be appriciated

Hello, i just realized there isn’t a problem with klipper it is just me being mentaly slow. i didn’t research and didn’t realize that you cant power the strips from whatever dirrection. sorry for the waste of time. its working fine now.
