…I am trying to download my firmware on to a usb stick from my Creality Sonic Pad , the Firmware is for my Ender -3 V3 Plus , all written as per the information I have found here on the Forum and verified by Creality , but I press Generate and all it does is shows me a rotating blue half circle !! Any clues please
