If you’re going the Klipper route and switching out your motherboard, you might want to take a look at the BTT Manta M8P. It has the same 8 stepper drivers as the Octopus but it allows you to directly install a CM4/5 or a CB1/2 instead of a full-size Raspberry Pi.
If you put a MGN12H rail on the X-axis, you can mount just about any Voron-style toolhead to it. My favorite is the AntHead, but you could to Stealthburner, XoL, Dragonburner, Rapidburner, etc. You’ll have to research which toolhead best fits your needs and budget. Keep in mind you’ll likely have to design a custom belt grip.
