Describe your issue:
I bought a fully functioning Ratrig 3.1 with a Euclid probe. When I got it home I was not able to access the user profile so I redid it from scratch. When I am in Mainsale the Ratrig will zero out the XYZ successfully.
I went to the console and executed the probe_calibrate , z offset is 5.9. I saved and restarted.
When I attempted a test file from Prusa slicer it drove the head down onto the plate each time, not stopping when the sensor lights up. I receive the following error message,
Error evaluating ‘gcode_macro PROBE_FOR_PRIMING:gcode’: gcode.CommandError: Horizontal move Z ({z}) is below your probe’s Z offset ({z_offset}). Please adjust your horizontal_move_z setting in [bed_mesh] to be above {z}.
Suggestions?
