Hi All,

I’m a bit of a noob here, so any help would be much appreciated.

I’ve installed a SKR mini on my CR10 Smart with a BTT 1.2 relay following Embrace Making’s instructions. Unfortunately, he does not configure for Klipper so I have been struggling to get the system running.

I also have the issue where the relay cuts power to the board after 15 seconds. I have seen this discussed on another thread, which also provided a solution. I have the relay wired to the board as suggested, but I’m not sure how to configure the firmware to make it work.

If anyone has a similar setup and could provide the firmware, that’d be great. Otherwise, I’m happy to learn how to modify it, if someone would be happy to explain in detail.

I have flashed the Klipper version of the SKR mini firmware from github; I presume this is the one I should be using.

Another user on here has a similar setup to me, but their thread is closed and I don’t see any way to directly message them?

Many thanks!

Hello @tig5 !

Thanks,

Unfortunately the sonic pad is what I have for now, so I’ll be doing my best to make it work.
Where do I find klippy.log?

Last night I downloaded Virtualbox and took a stab at compiling firmware through Ubuntu (bit of a learning curve). I’ve tried a few times compiling stm32g0b1 firmware (also tried F103) with GPIO 13 set at startup. When I flash, it still powers on for around 10 seconds then powers off. I presume it won’t stay on until the printer.cfg is fully loaded with the additional commands. When i load the .cfg, I get an error Multibyte msgtag not supported. I’ve been unable to progress past this.
Any help would be much appreciated!
